For GCA, the scenes that stick out most in my mind would be this one, the one-two that I call "DuQuesne's Awakening/DuQuesne's Victory", and "Ariane's Triumph".
For Digital Knight, the single scene that sticks out the most, even though there's several good ones, is "...Verne Domingo had come calling." Immediately after that is Virigar's transformation -- where he shatters every window on the floor.
For "Diamonds Are Forever", it's Jodi VS the Magon; the ultimate Baen cover scene.
In Boundary, there's a couple of scenes that stick out: Dr. Glendale's destruction of Pinchuk at the conference -- done with Pinchuk's enthusiastic participation, the "landing" of the John Carter, and "Madeline Fathom, Supergirl".
For Threshold, the landing of the Nebula Storm of course, the scene I call "A.J., Geek God", and the to-be-deleted scene with Hohenheim versus Fitzgerald.
