Automated vapor concentration environment chambers...

yeah, there's a mouthful. I'm wondering if anyone out there in my FL might know where one might find a small apparatus that would allow me to put a sensor inside it and subject it to known concentrations of various substances (like, say, xylene or similar materials). If it also allowed me to vary other aspects of the environment that's a plus.

We've got tons of electrical and mechanical equipment here but things like that are more for the chemists, and we don't have one. And we need something like it.

You're trying to actually test out the scene from Portal, I guess?

I'm impressed. (Sadly, I lack the knowledge to help. Sorry!)

Silly question, but have you used your header as a search on Ebay? I did, got zero exact hits, but there were several sponsored sites that turned up - which might be worth checking out.

Have you considered a gas sterilizer? They are usually designed for specific gasses but I'm thinking that if you changed out the seals you could use your own choice of gasses. Mind you I have no idea what they run. Basically you don't want it to sterilize stuff instead you want it so you can pump varioius things in at pressure and see how the thing holds up? Yes?
