17. Stranger In A Strange Land, by Robert Heinlein I never understood how this became a cult favorite. Not my favorite Heinlein
20. Frankenstein, by Mary Shelley I read it after reading the comic book. Gold Key Comics, I think. The book was better.

33. Dragonflight, by Anne McCaffrey Despite criticisms about the science and consistancy, I loved the whole series, especially the Harper Hall stories with Menolly.

40. The Chronicles Of Amber, by Roger Zelazny I loved this when I was younger. I tried to re-read it recently and it gave me headaches.
44. Ringworld, by Larry Niven Read the book. Read most of the sequels. The book was good.

57. Small Gods, by Terry Pratchett: I love Pratchett. This one was okay. I'm re-reading The Fifth Elephant now.
58. The Chronicles Of Thomas Covenant, The Unbeliever, by Stephen R. Donaldson: My brother made me read the first trilogy. He kept telling me it would get better. Not my cuppa, at all!
59. The Vorkosigan Saga, by Lois McMaster Bujold : I've read and re-read them all, including Dreamweaver's Dilemma, which is rarely mentioned as part of the series. It made me appreciate the Chalion series and the Sharing Knife series even more.
