The third set of additions are really a separate discussion, because there you're going beyond "okay, people can go in and out easily" to giving a lot of benefits to people who aren't even citizens, and that'll be a hot-button topic. Not that I disagree, but it then takes the ideas into yet another section of the "what do we do to fix things" that I wasn't addressing here.
