Politics that won't quite die!

All right, now there's the rumor going around that Kerry actually won Ohio. The only info I've found on this was a speculative piece written by some guy named "Greg Palast" in which he basically makes guesses about what uncounted ballots might have shown. All the discussion I've seen eventually traces back to this article.

If there is or was real fraud or so on that might have affected the election, the Democrats have a responsibility to have it investigated (for that matter, so do the Republicans, but it would be a bit much to expect that much selfless devotion to the cause of Justice). It should be noted that Kerry's concession HAS NO LEGAL BASIS. That is, if it were to turn out, against all apparent fact, that he DID carry Ohio, he would be President.

Is there a method to force the consideration of these facts?
