Writer's Block: Fanfic Controversy again!

I like writing it. Reading it, not so much, for the simple reason that unlike published fiction, no one's filtering the slushpile for me.
As I've seen the Fanfic Kerfluffle going all 'splodey in more than one place recently, I guess it's time for me to do one of my Long Fanfic Lectures again. Tonight or Tomorrow, probably.
