Cage Match! Ray Lilly VS Anasûrimbor Kellhus

As my friend burger_eater, AKA Harry Connolly, has pointed out, his character Ray Lilly from his Twenty Palaces books is entered in a Suvudu cage match against Anasûrimbor Kellhus, whom I'm afraid I've never heard of but sounds pretty badass from his description.
