Anyone ever read John B. Alexander's UFO book?

A guy I ran across online basically claims the book proves the "reality" of UFOs, blah blah blah. Having read literally dozens of UFO books, color me somewhat dubious, especially since I've never seen the book mentioned by anyone else.
