A guy I ran across online basically claims the book proves the "reality" of UFOs, blah blah blah. Having read literally dozens of UFO books, color me somewhat dubious, especially since I've never seen the book mentioned by anyone else.

Date: 2012-04-02 04:02 pm (UTC)Okay, a quick google turns him up. Apparently he's not deep in the crank camp. The book exists and apparently says that, yeah, most UFO sightings are meaningless fluff (clouds, planes, etc), and some can't be classified so easily, and a few remain flatly baffling. So about what any reasonable person would have said on the subject back in the 1970s.
