I gamed with a pair of friends who had a shared world [Atrilon] - and would take turns reffing a gynormous dungeon. One of the pair was noteworthy for randomly generating the contents of each room as we got to it = which led to the infamous 10'x10' room that had 98 kobolds inside of it 'because that's the number appearing in the monster manual'.

How they managed to FIT inside the room, much less breathe, was left to the imagination of the players.
