No, I don't have bookplates; I've done all my signatures in person on individual books, at least thus far. As a purchaser of books, I never liked the "bookplate" bit because it never felt to me like the book was SIGNED. He signed a piece of paper which got stuck inside the book. A trivial difference maybe, but it felt nontrivial to me.
