I don't know anything about migraines, but I can usually start sinuses draining with the reflexology points on the toes and fingers. [Fingers are easier to manage in public.]

The place to apply pressure is the last joint, opposite from the nail. Squeeze and hold for a few seconds. I usually have to wiggle around a bit until I find the right spot -- if the sinuses are really bad, it hurts -- not as badly on the fingers as the toes.

But if the problem is sinuses that aren't draining, you should feel things starting to shift.

If it is a migraine, it's out of my area of expertise.
