... this means that I can avoid the "if you didn't vote you can't gripe" argument for another year. Other than that it's meaningless unless a whole lot of other people voted like me, which I'm sure they didn't.

I did my part as well. I figure that I can't really complain about politics if I don't do my minimum effort of stopping on the way home to vote. Really how hard is that?

I voted. I'm glad I did. Our senatorial race was still "too close to call" as of this morning, and one of the votes making it that close was mine.

As for voting rascals out, one can only hope for a better grade of rascal. Mark Twain and Will Rogers are my favorites when it comes to politics, they skewered everyone, and rightfully so.
