What DOGE is doing to the US government today is exactly what the fresh-faced Yale crew who Bush I and then Clinton sent to Moscow did to Russia back in 1991-94ish. And the team Cheney and Rumsfeld parachuted into Baghdad to run Iraq after the invasion.

The results will be identical, only this time with irony.
