I believe that I'll be posting another Jason Wood story; last year I posted the entirety of "Shadow of Fear", so this year it would be "Trial Run".

Date: 2008-04-08 10:51 pm (UTC)... it's not technically more VAMPIRE stuff in "Trial Run", any more than "Shadow of Fear" was. I.e., Verne gets some minor play in it but the main conflict doesn't involve vampires.
This is not to say that there WON'T be vampiric conflict in some of the later Jason Wood stories. Moreover, there are at least a couple stories to be told featuring Verne much more front-and-center.
