... made tortillas from masa harina. I used the first batch mostly to learn, and thus create a bunch of tortilla chips for the kids, but now I think I can do this the next time I make Tacos. :)
Making the dough is pretty quick -- a few minutes. I *think* you're supposed to let it "rest" for a while after making it (but cover it up because it'll dry out).
Making the tortillas is pretty quick individually, a few minutes each. If I could figure out a way to safely stack/separate them prior to cooking I could probably cut the total time down by frying two or three at once.
