So those of you tired of the Water Torture Reading Method of snippets but who don't want to wait for the next two-plus months can now go to this link and purchase the Electronic Advance Reader's Copy for yourselves!

(I do not anticipate significant changes between the E-Arc and the final version -- possibly only toning down the language slightly so that it could make it into school libraries without too much outrage)

...Water Torture Reading Method...

Uh, considering the latest news, that's not the best phrasing...

Alas, the only way I read anything I don't have anymore is online. No money for books.

just wondering, do e-arcs offer a better return to you than paperbacks? The water torture is getting to me.

Sold, I can justify the extra cost to myself then. Thanks.

Satisfying. For me not as thematically attractive as the first half, but I read for big dumb objects and god like supermen, which the first half satisfies in spades. I suspect sequels will as we get description of the finer structure and behaviour of spheres.

As a lover of the Lensman books, I really rather like the italic text in the 3rd from last paragraph, as well as the voice it is spoken in, a nice touch.

Ariane's reasoning is clever.

> Well, if I START with Godlike Supermen, where do I go UP from there?

Truly, I wasn't complaining.
