The Upgrade that goes Down.
Jul. 1st, 2005 09:42 amA little while ago we upgraded to the All-n-One package (cable TV, digital phone, RoadRunner) from TWC. This overall saves us money on the separate items.
However, we have since been experiencing problems with the RoadRunner (and according to Kathy with the phone, though I haven't noticed any). These problems have now become acute; I managed to be online maybe half an hour or so last night and it was completely out this morning. The quick fix they tried last week, obviously, has not taken. So they're going to have to come down and REALLY fix it now. As half my life is online, this is very traumatic for me. (posted, naturally, from work as I am offline at home!)
