... I'll stop the 30 days of fanfic meme. I looked at the whole list and almost none of them seemed to ask anything INTERESTING about the fics, at least from my PoV.

Perhaps I'll do a meme of my own.

How about "Reader Mail?" Some of my pals that are webcomic artists will often do a "ask a character something" and the character will reply, often with an amusing illustration. I'm sure that some of your villians would have especially entertaining answers. :)

Actually, he'd probably do a good job just to get us off our guard, and then find some subtle way to take over.

This sounds like "Calls for Cthulhu," which you can see on youtube when you have nothing useful to do.

Your own meme would probably be awesome.

If you want to bring them up at all, it a post for your blog on the subject of 'writing fanfic from the viewpoint of a now published writer' might be an interesting one.

Of course one can argue that with some of your books, Polychrome, and Blackie from GCA, you never really stopped. ;)

I picked up GCA a few days ago; I may have something to say about it soon. Alas, I see no easy way for Seawasp to reach through my monitor and autograph it.

I see two ways...

a) mail the book to be autographed and returned
b) arrange a LongPen book signing event

Will you be at the Reno WorldCon?

Ah, yes; disappointing to me but logical.

James Nicoll is also not attending. I'm not sure if anyone offered a dedicated volunteer to follow him around with a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher.

That's ... probably a fair assessment really.
