Date: 2013-05-15 03:25 pm (UTC)In the original, Hakuruy's name is, in fact, "Jeep". Really. The name was changed to "White Dragon" in the US releases to avoid trademark issues.
Unfortunately, Saiyuki has been off and on (mostly off) since 2007 or so. Minekura was quite ill, to the point that she required a hysterectomy, and then she had to have part of her upper jaw surgically removed. Last I knew she was still recovering from that.
