I was recommended to read 'GrrlPower' 4 days ago by someone who commented on some of my more absurd moods and mannerisms. I've spent large amounts of the last 2 days reading all of the archives [once I saw that Sydney had a 'my strength' aversion to the horrid day-star ^_^]

Your points about the web-comic are very concise. You left out the rather stunning artwork, which is very eye-pleasing. Plus, I have liked his treatment of gender a -lot-. If the comments sections for most of what I'd read hadn't been years or months out-of-date, I'd have left comments like: 'why yes, I -have- in fact punched myself in the ovaries/uterus when the girlie parts are acting up during a monthly'. [Did it help? No ... but it was mildly cathartic and distracting if the pain was really bad.]

'GrrlPower' has climbed into my favorite comics** with a leap and a bound.
