Date: 2016-05-22 07:04 am (UTC)I find what you had to say quite accurate about the film, though I missed out on the comics tie-in as I'd stopped reading comics before the Civil War story arc.
Additionally, in contrast to Superman vs Batman, Civil War did a conflict between heroes *right*.
