The two of them have issues, and those issues aren't ones any ordinary therapist is going to help with! (in fact, they're the kind of issues that would put most therapists in therapy)

I expect you know, even though you didn't mention, that Charlie's written a small side piece about Bob and Mo trying to find someone with whom to talk out their problems. If you haven't seen it, you've guessed surprisingly well...
