Only ones I haven't seen here are Shrek 2, Passion, Spidey 3, Shrek 3, and Transformers. I do plan to see Transformers, though!

I really wonder how much the box office sales are compared to amount advertised. Especially with first or 2nd week earnings

Sadly -- I think I've also seen most of those in the theater. :)
