Date: 2012-04-07 09:07 pm (UTC)I'm pretty fond of the entire cluster that makes modern surgery possible (antibiotics, blood transfusions, aseptic techniques, anaesthesia, et c). If it wasn't for surgery, I and/or Hulda wouldn't have made it out of labour alive.
