I am slowly (fingers crossed) recovering from this infection/asthmatic episode, but it still feels "fragile" (i.e., like it could go wrong again very easily) and I am being very cautious. The regimen the doctor put me on included prednisone (the big gun), Duo-Neb, Advair, my old standby theophylline, and the albuterol inhaler for emergency use.

I am still not breathing entirely freely, and I felt utterly wiped yesterday after only about 5 hours at work. And I can't afford to NOT work for the next few days, because I have two unmovable government deadlines.

Hoping to be well enough by the weekend to at least work on the outline for "Grand Central Arena".
